  We had the pleasure of working with Elyse and her staff for our CopsForHire Open House event, and I was extremely satisfied with the service provided. Elyse helped us plan and manage our event, thought of all the little details, took the time to come to our office and share her ideas and experience to help us make our event successful. She made herself available at all times to answer our many questions, and made everything work seamlessly.
  Her staff was smiling, polite and professional, the food was nicely displayed on our conference table and our guests were really pleased with the quality. We will work with Elyse's Catering in the future and highly recommend her business!

  Elyse's not only provided great service on time, wonderful food and left what was left from morning in case someone wanted to snack later, they provided a specialized menu for us since state budget cuts reduced our budget for meals substantially. I can't say enough about how great they were!!
